Enterprise’s Richardson signs letter of intent with Jones

Hunter Richardson signed a letter of intent with Jones County Community College in a ceremony on Nov. 1 in the school library. As a junior Richardson hit .493 with eight home runs in 94 plate appearances. He drove in a team high 40 RBIs for the 18-9 Yellow Jackets. “Hunter is a guy that’s been very important to our program,” said Enterprise head coach Cass Brister. “He’s got great hands at the plate and he’s only going to get better at the next level. Jones sees him possibly catching or playing first. He’s athletic enough to give them options for where they plug him in at.”
